The Okuizumi and Shinsesso 2-lane road bridges span 70 meters above the Oi River along route 388 with both steel and concrete arch ribs. The famous Oigawa narrow gauge railway intertwines with the road and includes 2 of Japan's highest railway bridges.
The 71 meter high Sekinosawa Railway Bridge opened in 1954 as Japan's highest bridge on the Oigawa Railway in Shizuoka Prefecture. The 114 meter long single track structure consists of a truss-arch with a span of 84 meters.
The Okuoi Rainbow Railway Bridge is a 474 meter long Warren-deck truss structure that crosses high above Sesso Lake. The structure is split by the Okuōikojō Station.
Okuizumi Bridge carries route 388 above the Oi River.
