Tongshengou is a 2-lane cantilevered bypass bridge that crosses over a steep section of switchbacks on an older local route that will now more safetly connect routes X232 and X233. Tongshengou Bridge has a span configuration is 3×40 +65+3x120+65 +3x40 meters.

Just to the south is the Qinyuan Bridge on the 94 kilometer Xianyang-Chunhua-Xunyi Expressway north of the giant city of Xian in Shaanxi Province. The route is a typical Shaanxi Province artery that crosses large plateaus punctuated by several deep canyons. Sanshuihe Bridge is the crown jewel of these beam bridges with piers as tall as 183 meters.
