Nizhuhe Grand Canyon 2024 BASE Jump Events

More then 8 BASE jumpers from China and Australia gathered at the Nizhuhe Glass Platform, Cloud Glass Bridge and Cable Car Gondola in the fall of 2024 for several BASE jump events to celebrate the spectacular Nizhu Scenic Canyon Scenic Area. The events were organized by Gary Cunningham, President of the Australian BASE Association and Eric Sakowski, creator of HighestBridges.com.

The athletes were easily able to take dozens of jumps due to the 268 meter tall cliff elevator and a ropeway that could whisk everyone back up to the top of the Beipan River gorge in just 15 minutes.
