The Xiaohanzhuang Bridge is the largest structure on the small Bilong expressway that connects Bijie, Guizhou Province with Zhenxiong, Yunnan Province. The western Guizhou border city on the expressway is Er'longguan.

Ganhe Bridge has a central span configuration of 73.65+135+73.65 meters supported on piers 92 and 90 meters tall.
