Located on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, the Palisades Cyclone was one of the Traver triplets. Cyclone had an unprecedented onslaught of steep, heavily banked spiral drops. The tight layout also featured a figure 8 double helix with banking that reached an unprecedented 78 degrees.
