Luowanghe Bridge is a great example of the far reaching effects a dam can have on a waterway. Despite being nearly 100 kilometers from the massive Goupitan Dam across the Wu River, the upper reaches the Qingshui River were still within the grasp of the reservoir's great water arms. The Luowanghe Bridge now carries the older route S305 about 90 meters above the original level of the river and about 35 meters above a full reservoir.

Luowanghe Bridge has a span configuration of 72.5+125+72.5 meters.
