Guyigou Bridge is one of many large beam bridges on the northern Yinchuan to Baise stretch of the G69 expressway. Just to the south is the giant Tianninggou Bridge Bridge with piers 163 meters tall. Also on this route are the colossal Zhidanghe and Sanshuihe Bridges that rank among the tallest and highest bridges in Northern China.

The 458 meter long structure has a span configuration of 2x40 +85+160+85 +40 meters on piers as tall as 106 meters.
