Ganningshuiku Bridge
甘宁水库大桥
Wanzhou, Chongqing, China
328 feet high / 100 meters high
131 foot span / 40 meter span
2003

Located midway between Wanxian and Liangping, the Ganningshuiku Bridge is the westernmost high bridge on the G42 expressway. Like the similar Guanjiagou just a few meters further to the west, Ganningshuiku has pans of 40 meters supported on several tall piers that rise 100 meters from the canyon floor. The total length of the bridge is 585 meters.

The Guanjiagou and Ganningshuiku Bridges both cross the upper end of a reservoir. A third bridge just a few meters east of Ganningshuiku Bridge is also around 100 meters high with spans of 40 meters. The name of this bridge is unknown.
