Eyiste Bridge is the largest viaduct in the country of Turkey with piers as tall as 155 meters supporting a parade of 170 meter spans. The 1,372 meters structure is part of an upgrade bypass to the older route D705 that used to descend into the gorge via a series of dangerous switchbacks.
