Daedun is a popular tourist mountain in South Korea with numerous trails and cliffwalks. The Geumgang Footbridge and its sister bridge, the Samseon Stairs Footbridge, can only be reached by taking a ropeway to the upper reaches of the 878 meter high peak.
With a 45 degree walkway, the Samseon Stairs Footbridge is one of the more unique tourist bridges in the world as the structure is supported by two cables that rise up more than 30 meters between two rock formations.
There is also a third suspension footbridge on Daedun Mountain with two red tubular steel towers.
