Constructed to access a new petrochemical plant in a region with mining, the Dakenghe Bridge crosses a river valley partially submerged under a reservoir from a downstream down. Located in Cangxi County, Sichuan, the 2-lane 340 meter long crossing has a span configuration of 2x30 +65+120+65 +30 meters atop piers 57 meters tall. The central beam is 7 meters deep over the piers and 2.8 meters thick at midspan.

The bridge is located at kilometer 7.
